Okay, let’s focus on my sleep in this blog post.
I’ve been going to sleep late at night for such a long time.
It’s really become a habit.
However, I need to wake up at 5:50 am in order to start working at 6:10 am.
So I really need to be strict with myself and go to sleep really early.
Ideally I should be sleeping for 8 to 9 hours a day.
So that means I should be aiming to be in bed by 9 pm, ideally.
And that means I should be finished with all my tasks and studies way before then.
