Today was a very productive day and I blasted through tons of reviews today.
However, I didn’t get that much sleep last night.
Health truly is wealth.
Even though I got a lot of reviews done, my lack of sleep affected my focus and I haven’t been eating very healthily the past few days.
I’m going to have to cut out sugars and carbs as much as I can.
And more importantly, I need to eat really healthy food such as eggs, fish, salad, and nuts.
I’ve been eating a lot of chocolate, bread, and candy because of leftover Halloween candy and just the sheer abundance and availability of carbs in the house, but I’m going to have to make sure to focus on good food as much as possible.
